  1. Final Assembly For First Airbus ACJ320neo
Airbus announced last week that the first unit in the ACJ320neo series has entered final assembly and is expected to be delivered to Acropolis Aviation for VIP-interior fitout. The aircraft is moving along smoothly in final assembly at the Hamburg, Germany plant. Acropolis Aviation is due to receive the aircraft in the final quarter of 2018.
  2. The second aircraft is also close behind in build out and that is expected to be delivered to another completions specialist, this time Switzerland's Comlux Aviation. There are already over 300 of the commercial A320neo aircraft in the air in service for airlines around the world but for the corporate side of the business this is set to start towards the end of the year. 25 VIP passengers would be able to fly on the ACJ320neo for up to 13 hours before having to stop for fuel. That's around 6,000 nautical miles, of course if less people are carried the range will be increased slightly. To date, 9 orders for the ACJ320neo family have been made including 6 for the ACJ320neo variant and 3 for the ACJ319neo variant.
