    Here is a look at the brand-newly renovated lounge at the Signature Aviation Huntsville, Alabama location. One of the key upgrades was in way of adding more space to the passenger terminal. It now features 6,000 sq ft since adding the extra 2,500 sq ft. The overall modernization took around 18 months to complete. “We are excited to unveil our facility in Huntsville, a city renowned for its legacy as a cornerstone of aerospace, defense, and technology,” said Signature CEO Tony Lefebvre. “From the thoughtfully designed spaces drawing inspiration from the city itself to the curated amenities specific to the needs of Huntsville visitors and residents, every element…has been crafted to make every second of the guest’s experience exceptional.”

    Universal Aviation is expected to start a new hangar project later this year in Madrid at the Barajas International Airport. It will involve the construction of a 53,820 sq ft hangar for general business aviation and an apron measuring 107,640 sq ft. It is expected to complete in late 2026 to coincide with the Formula One Races. “We’re creating more than just a hangar; we’re establishing a premium facility that addresses the specific needs of discerning flight departments and aircraft owners who demand the highest standards of service and security,” said Gonzalo Barona Jr., general manager of Universal’s Spain operation. “This facility will offer unmatched benefits to based clients, including enhanced security against environmental activists and protestors, comprehensive weather protection, and congestion avoidance during major events.”

    Naples Jet Center in Florida has now debuted a new terminal. The new terminal was part of a 15 million dollar redevelopment of the facilities there. It is one of two service providers at the airport.

    Universal Aviation is set to renovate the FBO at the Samana Airport in Dominican Republic to the tune of 500,000 dollars. The work there is anticipated to take 4 months. “This new FBO at Samaná Airport responds to growing demand from high-profile travelers in the region’s ultra-luxury tourism sector,” said Danilo Rosario Jiménez, director of Universal’s Dominican Republic operations. “By strengthening our presence in the northeastern region with world-class, personalized service, we’re supporting the area’s economic development while ensuring private and executive aviation clients receive the premium experience they expect.”

    A brand new FBO chain is making moves in the industry having only come on stream last year has already opened a few locations. Vantage Aviation has added three locations to its growing portfolio in just the last 2 weeks. The latest was a purchase of Monaco Air at Minnesota’s Duluth International Airport (KDLH). “Monaco Air Duluth is a great addition to the Vantage Aviation Network, and germane to our strategy,” said Vantage founder and CEO Ryan Maxfield, adding that the location offers a full slate of aviation services. In addition to providing fuel and ground handling to general aviation aircraft, Monaco Air is an “above- and below-wing” air carrier partner, maintenance shop, and Part 141 flight training school.

    Here is another one that recently completed. Well this is a terminal in St. Thomas, USVI at the Cyril E. King Airport. The previous terminal was damaged in past hurricanes. This is a look at the Execujet terminal area following a multi-million dollar rebuild.
