  1. First Falcon 10X Rolls Out In France
The Falcon 10X by Dassault Falcon was unveiled to the world back in May, 2021 and since then the company has been working on the program and since then the first unit which has now been officially rolled out on March 10th, 2026. Dassault Falcon over the last few years have been very tight-lipped about certain aspects relating to the program especially concerning the first flight of the 10X. With the ceremonial roll-out happening yesterday, the first flight should be upcoming.
  2. The Dassault Falcon 10X now officially represents the the largest cabin of any purpose-built business jet paired with an all-composite wing. “The objective,” says Dassault CEO Eric Trappier, “is to allow passengers to experience time on board the aircraft as just another part of their everyday life, not as a long interval between origin and destination. So they arrive feeling refreshed and at their very best.”
  3. The cabin is where guests will feel the experience of the Falcon 10X most tangibly. It is physically larger. The aircraft’s spacious interior is eight inches wider and two inches taller than its nearest competitor, enabling owners to design interiors that feel less like a traditional aircraft cabin and more like a modern living or working environment.
  4. In terms of performance, the 10X puts pressure on the upper echelons of the widebody ultra-long-range category. While the likes of the Bombardier Global 7500, 8000 and Gulfstream G700 and G800 aircraft continue to dominate the top of the market with their offerings there have been a wide gap between a third-place competitor. It usually has been Dassault Falcon but comparing the capabilities in terms of speed, range/endurance of a Gulfstream G650ER with a Dassault Falcon 7X has always been a gap. With the new offerings from Bombardier and Gulfstream, Dassault is betting big on the 10X to close the gap. Anticipated figures like a top speed of MACH 0.925 and a maximum range of 7,500 nautical miles certainly significantly closes the gap between the 10X and the recent offerings from Gulfstream and Bombardier.
