Comlux America nets contract to complete ACJ320

Luxury completions company Comlux America received contract to complete an ACJ320 to VIP standards. The ACJ320 is the business/private jet version of Airbus' very successful A320. Once the aircraft arrives at the newly expanded hangar at the Indianapolis-based facility work will commence to transform the interior into a top-notch and high-end asset. The plan for this particular aircraft is very extensive and even though the design work is still being finalized, the main spaces onboard are already worked out. The layout is expected to encompass a forward lounge, a master suite region, the obligatory dining room, two galleys and a business class area for extra guests or high-profile individuals. The cabin will be equipped with the latest in Wi-Fi and surround sound. High tech mood lighting will also be added as well as upgrades to insulation onboard to make it one of the quietest cabin interiors in the air and enabling VIP passengers to enjoy a unique in-flight experience.

“We are very proud to have signed this new completion contract.” says David Edinger, Comlux America’s CEO. “The design team lead by Lauri Church did an amazing job in understanding the customer requirements and the cabin design will be beautiful. The engineering department and production teams are committed to do their best together to deliver the aircraft on time while maintaining the highest quality.”
