Embraer Executive Jets Provides Customer Support during Super Bowl XLVII In preparation for Super Bowl XLVII, Embraer Executive Jets has deployed one of several North American Mobile Response Units to the New Orleans Lakefront Airport to ensure customers will be fully supported in any AOG situation over Super Bowl weekend, February 1st through February 4. “This is another example of how Embraer Executive Jets is committed to ensuring the customer’s peace of mind during major international events,” said Jacques Blondeau, Vice President Maintenance Services Worldwide, Embraer Executive Jets. “The unit will offer comprehensive, on-site support and ensure efficient operation for all our operators traveling in the area. It includes a dedicated team of product support and maintenance professionals specializing in trouble shooting issues so that our product support is second to none ensuring our customers are kept on their journey and can enjoy the event.” The Mobile Response Unit, located at FBO Hawthorne Aviation Services will be available between 24 hours each day between February 1 and February 4 offering a vast array of specific line maintenance services including tire replacement, troubleshooting intermittent faults, execution of daily maintenance requirements, minor scheduled maintenance and parts changes. In addition, Embraer Executive Jets will provide dedicated Field Service Representative Jim Doyle along with Customer Service Representative Tom Richardson to assure complete assistance to customers during any possible AOG maintenance situation.
