Embraer's EMB-145

While it is not a business/private jet, the aircraft is based on the airframe of Embraer's ERJ-145. The EMB-145 is a military aircraft and India recently took delivery of the first one. The Indian Air Force ordered the three aircraft under a $208 million deal in 2008.

Another look at this EMB-145 aircraft...by Embraer. India now has an 'eye in the sky' as the aircraft arrived on Wednesday night at the HAL airport in Bangalore. It is essentially a fully modified ERJ-145 and is the first of three from the Brazilian airframe manufacturer.
