New BBJ 787-8 Delivered To Head-Of-State By Associated Air Center Completions company Associated Air Center announced that they recently delivered a VIP Boeing Business Jet Dream Liner (BBJ788) to a Head-Of-State customer. While it wasn't directly named who the customer was the aircraft designation suggests who it might have been for. TP-01 is the designation and in the past the Mexican President has used a Boeing 757-200 VIP as the Presidential Jet with that same register. Also, the same 757-200 VIP has been re-designated TP-02 which gives more credibility that the new DreamLiner is the new head aircraft.
Inside, the aircraft is naturally state-of-the-art with approximately 2,400ft² of cabin space. There are four zones in the aircraft with three of them dedicated to entourage and crew while the fourth zone is the Presidential zone which comprises of a bedroom, office and bathroom. For the entourage each VIP special seat has outlets where electronic devices can be charged and there are 11-inch screens to show a myriad of content. The cabin also has seven 42-inch high definition screens mounted in various bulkheads. This particular aircraft arrived at Associated Air Center in its 'Green' state in October of 2014.
