Third Quarter Results For Bombardier Today Bombardier updated the industry on their performance for the third quarter (Q3) of the year ended September 30th. The business jet arm of the company recorded 31 deliveries for the period which ranged in products all across their executive portfolio. Out of those 31 deliveries 4 Learjets, 20 Challengers and 7 Global aircraft represented the breakdown.
Bombardier is currently at this year's edition of the NBAA-BACE and they made the announcement in Orlando. Bombardier is moving well towards completing its delivery outlook for the year. For the three quarters of the year so far 96 executive jets have been shipped by the Canadian airframer. Additionally, the backlog continues to grow, reaching approximately $14.3 billion as of September 30, 2018.
