  1. Bombardier Delivers First Global 7500 To Customer
Canadian airframer Bombardier kept its promise in saying that it will deliver the first customer-bound Global 7500 (formerly Global 7000) before the end of the year. The first has gone to an unnamed customer but we do know that ZenithJet was hired by the owner to oversee the delivery process. "Our client selected ZenithJet on the strength of our unique expertise with Global aircraft," says George Tsopeis, President, ZenithJet. "We put the aircraft through a rigorous review process and it did not disappoint. We were also impressed by the state-of-the-art design elements on the aircraft, which significantly improve the cabin experience by giving it that 'home in the sky' feel. With the first delivery now complete, we can appreciate that we had the privilege of experiencing this innovative aircraft before virtually anyone outside Bombardier."
  2. The first production Global 7500 is the sixth (6th) Global 7500 to be produced overall after the 5 flight test vehicles that were engaged in the certification campaign. The Global 7500 is a long-range executive jet with a capability of flying 7,700 nautical miles. It is also capable of flying at Mach 0.925 if needed and of course the range would be reduced at that speed. Bombardier has now officially placed the Global 7500 into service and can continue to work on its ramp-up into 2019.
