News: First HondaJet ELITE Medevac Variant

  1. Medevac HondaJet ELITE Variant At 2019 NBAA-BACE
    The Honda Aircraft Company is introducing a Medevac variant of the HondaJet ELITE and it will be on display at the 2019 NBAA-BACE show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The aircraft is operated by Wing Spirit which is a Honolulu-based air ambulance and charter operator. "We are pleased to announce the installation of the first medevac configuration on the HondaJet. We are confident the aircraft’s size, efficiency, speed and cabin comfort are well-suited to these special missions in the Hawaiian Islands," said Michimasa Fujino, president and CEO, Honda Aircraft Company.
  2. A mockup of the the Medevac specified interior will also be on hand at the HondaJet stand at the convention center. Wing Spirit has ordered 15 HondaJet ELITE jets and so far two were delivered to them back in July. Many business jets can be converted into Medevac specified interiors one of the latest it the HondaJet. Pilatus also does similar work with their new PC-24 Super Versatile Jet.
