Gulfstream Announces Connectivity Upgrades For G280 Owners and operators of the Super-midsize Gulfstream G280 soon can have greater internet capacity and faster connection onboard their aircraft. As a refit or completions option, Viasat will offer on the Ka-band frequency a high-capacity service for customers. This will be available from the first quarter in 2019. The upgrade will provide obvious benefits to operators of the G280.

"Viasat’s Ka-band solution will deliver the Wi-Fi speed, coverage and reliability they’ve come to expect from Gulfstream."
