NetJets Firm Up Cessna Citation Latitude Deliveries Berkshire Hathaway company NetJets has firmed up on its Cessna Citation Latitude Deliveries. You may ask what deliveries are they? Cast you minds back to 2012 when this powerful company made a large order for the new Cessna Citation Latitude. NetJets ordered 150 business jets of the type, most of them being options and approximately 25 being firm orders. It seems NetJets need delivery of these jets alot sooner and so they have firmed up the delivery schedule!
It appears that the first Cessna Citation Latitude for NetJets should be available to them exactly one year from now, July 2016. NetJets Europe is anticipated to take delivery of their first Latitude towards the end of 2016, in the fourth quarter. Deliveries of the 25 firm orders will occur over a two-year period. Overall the 150 Latitude order was worth over 2 billion dollars back in 2012. Meanwhile, the launch customer for the Cessna Citation Latitude is expected to have the first production delivered aircraft next month! Of course Cessna did not detail who the launch customer is.
