50th PC-24 Delivered By Pilatus Aircraft Since entry into service Swiss airframer Pilatus Aircraft has delivered the 50th unit of the PC-24 Super Versatile Jet. The launch customer's jet has been in service for about 20 months now and has amassed around 1,400 flight hours. Overall the current in-service PC-24 fleet is now at approximately 14,000 flight hours.
Pilatus will have some interesting news to reveal at the upcoming NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas-Nevada at the end of the month but we can tell you some of it will have to do with modular changes to the interior of the PC-24 to allow customers with even more flexibility. For example, a forward galley will be able to go into the area that is currently occupied by the coat hanger space. In the future there will be provision to have a lavatory placed in the aft of the cabin as a retrofit option. Pilatus also has something called the 'The NeXt Big Thing' to announce at NBAA-BACE so stay tuned for that. For more information: Pilatus Aircraft Ltd Stans, Switzerland www.pilatus-aircraft.com ***
