The delivery timeline is aggressive with the company suggesting that deliveries will happen in 2023. Let's look a bit closer at some of the capabilities of the RISE Recon. It is touted to have a top speed of 63 mph (Part 103), a range of 25 miles, ability to land on both land and water, there are 6 individual and independent propulsion systems each with removable batteries.
