PC-12 PRO Now Flying In United States Pilatus Aircraft's latest iteration of the PC-12, the PC-12 PRO has commenced service in the United States with the delivery of the first unit of the type to owners Ravi and Pheroza Arcot. They received their PC-12 PRO at Pilatus’ North American headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado on the 4th of November. This is a landmark occasion as Pilatus were forced to suspend deliveries of aircraft to the United States after hostile tariff environments in August. The PC-12 PRO is recognized as the most advanced turboprop single in the United States.
The PC-12 PRO has several improvements over the regular PC-12 models. The Garmin G3000 Prime avionics suite features large touchscreens and top-of-the-line Garmin safety features like the Autoland, Smart Glide and electronic stability. The interior too benefitted stylistically from a different look so passengers will appreciate the more upscale appearance.
Although the United States now has their official deliveries, other regions of the world were able to take deliveries too. Haute Aviation became the first Swiss operator of a commercial PC-12 PRO.
