Bombardier is excited to announce the presence of the Challenger 3500 aircraft mockup at the private terminal of the Costa Smeralda Airport in Olbia, Italy. Throughout the summer, business aviation clients will have a firsthand opportunity to experience the award-winning cabin and see the revolutionary seating of the super midsize jet. The journey of the full-size aircraft mockup included stops in Paris and Nice, France, and provides a convenient setting for European clients to discover the innovative and sophisticated features that make the Bombardier Challenger 3500 the leader in its class.

The Global 7500 business jet has transformed business aviation with its refined design, unsurpassed performance and outstanding technological advancements. “Simply put, the Global 7500 aircraft is assembled with the best manufacturing process and technological advancements in business aviation – and we are so excited and honoured to reach the 200-delivery mark of this transformative aircraft,” said David Murray, Executive Vice President, Manufacturing, IT and Bombardier Operational Excellence System. “This milestone also reflects the outstanding efforts of our meticulous engineering, production and assembly teams. These talented individuals are the beating heart of this program’s ultimate success and achievements.”

Late last year Bombardier announced that it had delivered its 200th Bombardier Global 7500 ultra-long-range large cabin flagship to a customer. “Simply put, the Global 7500 aircraft is assembled with the best manufacturing process and technological advancements in business aviation – and we are so excited and honoured to reach the 200-delivery mark of this transformative aircraft,” said David Murray, Executive Vice President, Manufacturing, IT and Bombardier Operational Excellence System. “This milestone also reflects the outstanding efforts of our meticulous engineering, production and assembly teams. Bombardier and Honeywell have signed what would be a monumental agreement. Vimal Kapur, chairman and CEO of Honeywell said: “This is a tremendous opportunity to co-innovate and advance next generation technologies, including Anthem avionics and engines. By the end of 2024, the Bombardier Global 7500 had surpassed 75 speed and endurance-related records. The new records include Miami to São Paulo, Tokyo to Los Angeles, Tokyo to San Jose, Jeddah to London and Los Angeles to Auckland.

Since entering service in 2022, the Challenger 3500 has gone pass the 100th delivery mark.
