A substantial hangar complex is now available at the Henderson Executive Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada. The new facility has been developed in a partnership between aircraft sales, rental, and Cirrus flight training provider All In Aviation and Part 145 aircraft maintenance company Lone Mountain Aviation. A new FBO has opened up in Indiana. Aircraft Specialist (ASI) moved location and upgraded in a major way. The new 2.2 million dollar facility is leaps and bounds superior to what they operated before. This has around 4,400 square feet of space while their past facility which is now operated by a flight school was only 1,800 square feet. "ASI’s mission is to provide the ‘ultimate client experience’ by committing to be the best," said company owner Todd Strause. "Our new facility follows this commitment to excellence, and we feel our clients will see a difference compared with other FBOs."

Come October or November if you are in the State of Montana in the United States Minuteman Aviation should have additional hangar space by then. This is because they are working on a new hangar which is expected to open by then. Minuteman Aviation runs the Minuteman Jet Center at the Missoula International Airport in Montana. Build is well underway with it starting back in March of this year. The 29,150-sq-ft structure once completed should nearly double the FBO’s aircraft storage capacity.

The FBO at Conroe-North Houston Regional Airport has been refurbished. The works were to bring the facility up to date and have customers utilizing the facility feel more in-touch. This renovation project focused on customer-facing facets of the facility that would be easily seen...cosmetic work. The lobby was redone to develop a new feel. The space was completed with a new modern look using ceramic floors with a natural-wood aesthetic, fresh paint, updated décor, six lounge areas for comfort, a renovated pilot’s lounge for rejuvenation and a fully-functional kitchen including Blue Bell Creameries ice cream. "We’ve been a customer-focused FBO at Conroe-North Houston Regional Airport for 35 years," said Chad Herdrich, General Aviation Services Jet Center’s owner. "Knowing that atmosphere is most certainly an important aspect of customer service, it was time to modernize our amenities for a more user-friendly experience".

Standard Aviation recently opened a brand new FBO on the Caribbean island of St. Thomas (USVI). "Our team is elated to welcome jet owners, charter guests, and their crews to our world-class facility in the Virgin Islands," said Shaun Miller, managing member of Standard Aviation. A new FBO opens in Nanchang Changbei International Airport with the official opening taking place towards the end of September. "We believe that there is a great opportunity in the optimization of China’s 2nd tier city aviation infrastructure. According to Asian Sky Infrastructure Report 2019, just 12 of China’s 250 airports have FBO facilities, indicating an extensive opportunity for improvement and development as the region works towards economic recovery. Demand from Jiangxi has grown significantly and has huge future potential because there is a growing understanding of the benefits of business aviation. In addition, the government supports general aviation development, and recognizes it is an enabler for economic development", said Sino Jet’s spokesperson.

FBO Riga is celebrating five years since being opened in September 2015 at the Riga International Airport in Latvia. FBO RIGA is the first FBO in the Baltic States to receive the IS-BAH Stage II certificate which confirms the highest level of safety for ground handling operations. Less than 20 European FBOs have earned this accreditation. FBO RIGA is also recognized as the Best FBO in Europe by the prestigious Sapphire Pegasus Business Aviation Awards. In 2020 they opened a new sleek glass passenger terminal.
