Guernsey has registered a 1993-built Bombardier Challenger 601. It was built as msn 5125 and now bears the registration 2-SEXY. No we are not kidding, this is really the new registration. It was registered before in the Cayman Islands with VP-CEI. The aircraft is managed by Hangar8 on behalf of private owners, and is based at Oxford Kidlington Airport. “A unique 2-REG registration allows private business aircraft owners to create their own tailored registration while enjoying all off-shore benefits” said Jasper van den Boogaard, sales and marketing for 2-Reg.

Greenpoint technologies is having a decent period at the moment. They have some widebody work which at the moment will keep them busy though to 2017. A Boeing Dreamliner BBJ and a Boeing 777-200LR BBJ are presently in the works. In the last couple of months they have re-delivered four 600 Challenger series executive jets to their owners/operators. The 787 Dreamliner BBJ is the company's second Dreamliner project and is expected to be an 18-month project.
