  1. Many Staple Names Skip 2020 Singapore Air Show
The 2020 edition of the Singapore Air Show started on the 11th of this month and is continuing through to the 16th. However, many of the big, staple names in business aviation that you would have normally expected to have seen displaying their products opted to skip this edition's show. The Coronavirus (covid-19) is the reason for many exhibitors not displaying and even if they are present at the convention center it is simply that.
  2. Gulfstream skipped the show and it would have a been sure display of their long-range line-up including the G650ER, G600, G500 and even the super midsize G280. Bombardier is not there either and certainly would have sent the Global 7500 flagship and recent approved 5500 and 6500s along with their mid and super midsize offerings like the Challenger 350 and 650. Textron certainly would have brought their newly certificated Citation Longitude but they also skipped the show. Even Piaggio -the maker of the fast Avanti Pusherprop- are not at the show on static display-. Hondajet is there with the Hondajet ELITE as is Dassault Falcon with their 8X and Falcon 2000LXS while Embraer did not bring any jets but are at the Changi convention center.
