  1. 2018 A Good Start For Boeing Business Jets
On the first day of the European Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (EBACE), Boeing Business Jets took the opportunity to update the industry on their current position. They seem to have started the year well. BBJ chief executive Greg Laxton suggested the notion this morning. Four new orders have come in so far which include two for the BBJ version of the 737 MAX. So far, the 737 MAX backlog is for 19 aircraft.
  2. "The performance advantage of the BBJ Max is a big sales driver", Laxton said. "The airplane is perfectly suited for discerning customers who want to fly farther without stopping". With a range of 7,000 nautical miles without stopping, this is clearly what customers want. Its backlog stands at 19 737 Max aircraft, four BBJ 737s and three 787s.
