The Cessna Citation Latitude is marking five years since entering service in 2015. The aircraft is one of the best selling Midsize category executive jets out there with NetJets ordering 120 of them in the past. Since introduction to service Textron Aviation (Cessna) has delivered nearly 240 of the type to customers around the world and not just pure executive jet role but also in multi-role and special mission type applications. You can find the Latitude as Flight Inspection aircraft in Japan or Air Ambulances in Europe. "Customers have returned to the Citation Latitude time and time again, proving its enduring performance over the past half-decade. Its low direct operating costs have made it the cornerstone of many fleets and we look forward to seeing this popular aircraft rise to new missions," said Robb Scholl, senior vice president, Sales.
  2. With a range of 2,700 nautical miles with four passengers city-pairs such as Los Angeles and New York or Geneva and Dubai are within grasp. The aircraft though is capable of carrying seven passengers. The Latitude is accessible all around the world with certification allowing operations in 40 countries. Nearly 240 examples have been shipped to customers around the world and those aircraft have flown a combined 320,000 fleet hours to date.
