Citation Longitude By Cessna To Be On Debut Display at 2015 NBAA Cessna has some great news to talk about and it is that they are anticipating the debut of the Cessna Citation Longitude at the 2015 NBAA. Yes this is expected to be an actual physical aircraft and not a cabin mockup like they displayed at the 2012 EBACE. With the Citation Cessna Latitude firmly off and running with deliveries being fulfilled the next jet in the line-up is the Longitude. The NBAA Show therefore is the setting stage for the new Longitude model for Cessna which is to take place in Las Vegas.
Cessna also had good news to announce regarding their performance in the 3rd quarter of the year. Profits and Deliveries were up compared to the same period in 2014. Stacked against the same time frame last year, revenue spiked 79-million more to top-off at 1.159-billion. Profits also were to smile about with that segment rising to 107-million representing a jump of approximately 45-million dollars. 37 Citation category jets and 29 King Air turboprops were delivered to clients during the period. This is compared with 2014 Q3 figures of 33 Citations and 30 King Airs. Meanwhile we fix our attention to the debut of the Longitude at the NBAA 2015 next month.
