Cirrus Vision Jet G2 Certified By FAA The second generation (G2) of the Duluth-based Cirrus Aircraft's Vision Jet has been certified by the American Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). No major updates have been made to the first generation of the Vision Jet since it came to market towards the end of 2016 with the first customer delivery. Yesterday the airframer 'unveiled' the G2 Vision Jet which is an enhanced version of the first generation offering higher, faster a longer flying capabilities.
31,000 feet is now the expanded ceiling with a range of over 1,200 nautical miles and a cruise speed even further above 300kts.
