  1. Dassault Progresses With Builds Of 6X Test Articles
    In a Covid-19 era airframers around the world have been hampered in many ways. Even on progress of new aircraft models to hit the market in the next few years. Dassault Falcon has been one of those airframers but they have managed to keep some momentum going regarding their latest offering, the Falcon 6X. In Bordeaux-Merignac, France, there are three test articles so far being assembled with first flight to be achieved in early 2021.
  2. "Bringing the Falcon 6X to market on schedule is a top priority for the company. Our planning and production staff have been diligent and resourceful in adapting procedures to new sanitary guidelines to keep this program running smoothly," said Dassault Aviation Chairman and CEO Eric Trappier. "Our suppliers have also made extraordinary efforts to support us. We are grateful to them all." The first of three aircraft have already been powered on started ground-testing. Certification and entry-into-service (EIS) is still carded for 2022.
