H3 Dynamics Completes World's First Hydrogren Propulsor Nacelle Emerging technologies are coming to the fore and one of the newer talking points for propulsion is Hydrogen whether it is for yachts and ships or even for aircraft. We are still a long way away from having hydrogen-based propulsion but the research has long started and different entities are designing and testing concepts with the fuel. H3 Dynamics is one such company that is doing this and they have developed what is called the first Hydrogen Propulsor Nacelle.
H3 Dynamics distributes multiple integrated powertrains incorporating batteries, fuel cells, hydrogen storage, and smaller electric motors across the wings. This means the size of each fuel cell system, hybrid battery pack, and heat management challenges all become smaller, making systems more manageable and safer.
