Transport Canada Gives Certification To Pilatus PC-24 Pilatus Aircraft has now notched-up Transport Canada certification for the PC-24. Pilatus Aircraft has a presence in Canada for about a decade or so through its authorized service provider, Levaero Aviation. However, with the first Canadian-registered PC-24 expected to be delivered to Canada later this Summer, Transport Canada certification was the missing link.
