Embraer has achieved a much lower cabin altitude on their Legacy 450 and 500 midsize models. The cabin altitude comfort levels has been increased by shaving 200 feet off the original figure 6,000 feet. The cabin altitude experienced on the Legacy 450 and 500 is now 5,800 feet and should result in passengers feeling a bit more refreshed. The current maximum cabin altitude of the Legacy 450 and Legacy 500 is 6,000 ft (1.828 m) when flying at 45,000 ft (13.716 m).
