There is often a time for the first in anything and that time recently came for Qatar Executive -the business aviation arm of the familiar high-end commercial Gulf carrier Qatar Airways-. The executive jet company recently took delivery of its first ultra-long-range Gulfstream G650ER business jet. To sign off on the formalities for the spanking-new Mach 0.92 jet was Mr. Akbar Al Baker, head at the Qatar Airways Group. The delivery is just the first of many to come.
