Bombardier's business jet arm is reporting decent traction in deliveries for the second quarter of 2015. Not only are the deliveries up but they gained orders as well for the period. 47 business jets were reported to have been delivered in the second quarter versus 38 for that same period in 2014. They also report 8 orders gained for the second quarter of 2015...
Second Quarter Deliveries Up For Gulfstream
Gulfstream's Second Quarter deliveries are slightly up over the corresponding period of Q2 2014. In the second quarter of 2014, the company delivered 38 business jets as compared to 41 for Q2 2015, three more than previous. The large cabin deliveries are also up rising from 26 to 33. Cirrus Aircraft Prepares SF50 For CAPS Testing
The last major hurdle in the testing phases for the Cirrus SF50 program looms. This is the extensive testing of the CAPS system, Cirrus' custom-made parachute system. Test bed aircraft C-1 will be responsible for test and evaluations of the system on the SF50 frame.
