Bombardier showcases Global 6000 aircraft in India
As part of the Bombardier Global 6000 world tour, the Canadian manufacturer made pit stops in India to showcase the aircraft and stir interest for the business jet. In early July the aircraft flew around various destinations within India as part of the demonstration showcase.

London Air Services puts in order for five Bombardier Learjet 75 aircraft
A deal worth possibly around 65 million dollars based on the list price of the aircraft boosts the new order page of Bombardier. The new orders come in from London Air Services for Bombardier's Learjet 75 model, five of them. LAS is essentially a business jet charter service company based in Canada using premium executive aircraft to fly its clients around.
With sterling aircraft in its fleet such as the Challenger 604, two 605s, five Lear 45XRs and a Global 7000 on its way, they have surely been knocking at Bombardier's door in the past...
Hawker Beechcraft Receives Court Approval to Enter Into Exclusive Negotiations with Superior Aviation
Hawker Beechcraft, Inc. (Hawker Beechcraft) today announced that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York has approved the company’s motion to enter into exclusive negotiations with Superior Aviation Beijing Co., Ltd. (Superior). Approval of this motion allows Hawker Beechcraft to spend up to 45 days exclusively negotiating with Superior regarding a strategic combination that would preserve jobs and product lines.

Flexjet places orders for at least three Bombardier Learjet 70s
New orders come in for Bombardier's Learjet line, this time it is for at least three Learjet 70 aircraft. Flexjet, Bombardier's fractional jet-ownership company is the client. Flexjet is sprucing up its business jet fleet that on average is only five years old. The fractional jet-ownership company has its plans on fitting out the new Learjet 70 aircraft with WiFi and pop-up touchscreen monitors.
The three business jets are due for delivery to the client in 2013. The Learjet 70 is the long-awaited replacement to the Learjet 40XR as is the Learjet 75 to the Lear 45XR...
Embraer Delivers 35 Commercial and 20 Executive Jets in 2nd Quarter 2012
In the second quarter of 2012 (2Q12), Embraer delivered 35 jets to the commercial aviation market and 20 to executive aviation. Total deliveries for the first six months of the year total 56 commercial and 33 executive jets, 13 more than for the same period of last year.
In the executive market, Embraer delivered 20 business jets. If you were to segment these deliveries they would appear as seven Phenom 100s, ten Phenom 300s, two Legacy 650s and one Lineage 1000. 200th Dassault Falcon 7X rolls off the production line
A major milestone was recently attained by noted French business jet manufacturer Dassault Jet. They have rolled off the 200th Dassault Falcon 7X production jet from the production line in Southern France. According to Dassault Falcon's President John Rosanvallon, "The 7X is clearly the best seller in the current Falcon family and remains one of the most sought-after jets in its [long-range] category."

Bombardier announced today that it is on track with its three new Learjet business aircraft as it shared further details of its ongoing development programs. The Learjet 85 aircraft program continues to progress towards first flight with four test aircraft in various stages of fabrication. The first complete pressure fuselage, including the nose and aft fuselage, is undergoing final validation before being shipped from Querétaro, Mexico, to Wichita, Kansas.

Canada's Chorus Aviation Orders Six Bombardier Q400 NextGen Airliners
Bombardier Aerospace announced today that Halifax, Nova Scotia-based Chorus Aviation Inc., the parent company of Jazz Aviation LP (“Jazz”), has placed a firm order for six Q400 NextGen airliners. The transaction involves the conversion to firm orders of six of the 15 options taken by Jazz with its original order for 15 Q400 NextGen airliners, announced on April 30, 2010.
